Sarah Mayson, MD is the Director of the Fellowship Program in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism and an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Aurora, Colorado. She received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed internal medicine residency and fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism at the University of Pennsylvania. She leads the thyroid nodule clinical program at the University of Colorado Hospital and is a member of the current American Thyroid Association adult thyroid nodule guidelines taskforce. She also serves as an associate editor for JCEM Case Reports and as a member of the Association of Program Directors in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism (APDEM) Council.
